Harvard Property Management, LLC was founded in 2022 by co-founders Jeff Smith and Chris Kaclik, two established figures in the development community with deep roots in the local market.
Following COVID, Jeff and Chris were searching for a management company capable of handling their development, residential, and commercial portfolios. Drawing on Jeff’s experience serving on association boards, along with their shared experience working with various management companies in the region, they found the available options consistently falling short. Rather than settle, they founded Harvard Property Management to fill that gap, building the company from the ground up with modern technology and a higher standard of service at its core.
Today, Harvard Property Management brings that same owner’s perspective to every client relationship. We work with property owners, HOA Boards, homeowners, and residents alike, with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and operational excellence. Our goal is to deliver a management experience that is organized, proactive, and consistently reliable.

Meet the Harvard Team
President
Jeff Smith, CPA
Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant with a background spanning public accounting, corporate finance, and small business operations. As CFO of Kaclik Building Group, Inc., he has built relationships across all levels of residential and commercial development — working alongside municipalities, contractors, builders, banking institutions, and legal counsel.
At Harvard Property Management, Jeff leads strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, and reporting. He conducts site inspections, serves as the primary point of contact for Executive Boards, and attends all board and community meetings.
Jeff lives in the suburbs of Pittsburgh with his wife and four children Austin, Easton, Benjamin, and Hunter — who, much to his enjoyment, occupy all his free time.
Community Manager
Keira Bonomo
Keira brings a strong background in operations, client service, and technology to her role at Harvard Property Management. Prior to joining the company, she served as Director of Operations and Sales for a smart home technology startup and earlier led technical support operations for a division of Electronic Arts.
At Harvard, Keira leads communications with Boards, vendors, and homeowners, driving the systems and processes that keep our communities running smoothly. She taps into her technology background to bring forward-thinking solutions to the unique demands of HOA management.
Keira lives in the suburbs of Pittsburgh with her husband and son and enjoys spending time with her family.
