Harvard Property Management, LLC was founded in 2022 by co-founders Jeff Smith and Chris Kaclik, two established figures in the development community with deep roots in the local market.

Following COVID, Jeff and Chris were searching for a management company capable of handling their development, residential, and commercial portfolios. Drawing on Jeff’s experience serving on association boards, along with their shared experience working with various management companies in the region, they found the available options consistently falling short. Rather than settle, they founded Harvard Property Management to fill that gap, building the company from the ground up with modern technology and a higher standard of service at its core.

Today, Harvard Property Management brings that same owner’s perspective to every client relationship. We work with property owners, HOA Boards, homeowners, and residents alike, with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and operational excellence. Our goal is to deliver a management experience that is organized, proactive, and consistently reliable.​
